I think that the Rootsweb servers as a whole must be affected. I'm
getting junk mail from all my groups. Problem is, I don't want to mark
them as 'junk' as I don't want to disrupt normal messages from the
groups. I think we just have to wait it out!

For everyone's reference, I received the following from another of my
Rootsweb lists - it's as I thought, the whole thing's been affected. We
just have to wait until it's sorted and put up with the onslaught until
then! It seems quite a shambles, as some of the junk is only fragments.

'I apologize for the spam that has been coming to our list.
Ancestry/Rootsweb has done some upgrading and it has broken the mailing
lists. I understand that they are working on the issue. I have no means to
stop the spam. Hopefully they will have it corrected soon. I believe this
problem is affecting all mailing lists'.
